Our Vimana seminar program for “ab initio” and “ready entry” candidates offers a professional preparation for the aptitude- and recruitment tests of the pilot training for a variety of airlines. We focus on an authentic and individual preparation for the up coming exams and assessments.
While working in small groups permanently supervised by our experts, we are able to single out all the weaknesses and challenges and show, how to improve on it in the seminar.

Seminar content:

Training in a small group of maximum eight participants.
Work through the complete test under authentic test conditions, with the use of touchscreens.
Permanent supervision by our Vimana training staff.
Individual review of the test results with tips for an optimal test training and an effective coaching by our Vimana training staff.
Discuss relevant issues and technical questions in the seminar circle among other issues.
Clarification of individual and personal questions, especially in the field of psychology (personality factor test, CV etc.) in one on one discussions.
Ability to train on touchscreen during the entire seminar.

Recommendations:

work thoroughly with the training software in the run up to the seminar and work youself through the specific training in the E-learning section
visit our seminar at least two to twelve weeks ahead of your exam appointment

Seminar to prepare for the Group Qualification
(GQ/FQ)

Perfect assessment center training

Test requirements:

examination of your personal suitability for pilot training and working as a pilot
behaviour in single- and group situations, and role playing
Testing the flying skills on a procedure trainer (SIM)
Donduction of a computer based DCT-Test (“Bridge-loading” test)
Interview by the exam committee

Seminar contents:

Intensive and comprehensive test preparations and training of the diverse test situations (role-play, DCT-test and more)
Training in a small group of maximum four candidates, allowing individual coaching
Training under authentic test conditions
Discuss relevant issues and technical questions in the seminar and all other relevant personal issues
Practise on the flight simulator under supervision of a commercial captain with instant feedback
Interview training in a one-on-one conversation followed by detailed feedback from our experienced team
Care and assistance for our candidates even after the seminar
